Off-piste [adj.]

A group of businesspeople ski in suits.

Acting outside of established boundaries, often in a way that is unexpected or risky. The term comes from skiing, where “off-piste” refers to going off the marked trails.

I always say to the team. You know, if you go off-piste, you start seeing us. If you really get off-piste, you see us all the time until we get you back on track.
